10.2.3

Warning Fault Handling

A warning fault is a non-critical system fault which may cause the
steering and/or boat speed to be reduced.
During a warning fault, the CANtrak will display the same information
as with a danger fault but WARNING will appear across the top of the
screen and the buzzer will sound intermittently (until muted). See the
figure below.

The user may choose to exit the Warning screen and return to the All
Helms Active screen by pressing the exit button, in which case the
system will flash a warning icon on the run screen as shown in figure
10-6. This icon will remain in place until the fault is repaired. If the
system recovers from the fault (e.g. if a battery runs low and is
subsequently charged) the warning screen will disappear and the
system will automatically resume normal operation.
In rare cases there may be multiple Warning faults at the same time.
You can view a list of all active warning faults from the Faults menu
on the display.
