We have included a great deal of useful information to help you get the best possible performance from the M12 monitor.
Figure 2: M12 dispersion pattern The M12 is designed primarily as a performance monitor placed on the stage. Its low profile design makes it suitable for a wide range of stage monitoring situations, including music concerts, TV broadcasts and live theater events.
NOTE: Standard portable versions of the M12 include built-in handles, while install versions include mounting points and a wall/ceiling mounting plate. The M12 monitor may also be custom ordered in any variety with or without handles and/or mounting points. Please contact the factory for more information.
Figure 7: M12L with the HF horn molded to the left of the LF driver The M12 is provided with cable channels on the back and side of the loudspeaker, along with clips located on the bottom of the loudspeaker to neatly hold speaker cables, providing a safe and secure cable route to the locking Neutrik NL4 connectors.
8-ohm loudspeaker, connecting two (2) in this way creates a 4-ohm load across the amplifier, as shown in the top part of Figure 9. If desired, a third M12 can be added the same way, as shown in the lower part of Figure 9.
M10 hanging points. Connect the mounting bracket to the M12 using the four provided 40mm hex bolts, 10mm lock washers and 10mm flat washers. The entire assembly can then be mounted to a flat surface. The OmniMount bolt pattern on the back of the bracket is drilled out at the center of gravity for safe and secure mounting.
