Chapter 5 Installation
Dual Function Power Button: Pin 6 and 16
This connector provides two power modes: sleep and
soft-off mode. Pushing the power button for less than 4
seconds places the system into sleep mode. Pressing the
power button for more than 4 seconds puts the system into
the soft-off mode. This function works for the ATX power
supply only.
Turbo LED Connector: Pins 8 and 18
There is no turbo/deturbo function on the motherboard. The
Turbo LED on the control panel will always be On when
attached to this connector.
Reset Switch: Pins 9 and 19
The reset switch allows the user to reset the system without
turning the main power switch Off and then On. Orientation
is not required when making a connection to this header.
Hard Disk Drive LED Connector: Pins 10 and 20
This connector connects to the HDD activity LED on the
control panel. This LED flashes when the HDD is being
accessed.
