C. CIRCUIT BREAKERS
Your Quickie Xplore has a single circuit breaker.
• In the unlikely event of a short circuit or heavy overload, all
power to your chair will be shut off.
• To reset your chair, depress the circuit breaker button (a).
The circuit breaker will reset after a few minutes.
To access the circuit breaker
Push the battery box panel while pulling the handle.
Drop the panel down and the circuit breaker becomes
visible (a).
Reset the circuit breaker.
Lock the panel back into the upright position.
Repeated Shutdown:
If the chair continues to shut down after resetting, have it
serviced by a supplier.
D. JOYSTICK ASSEMBLY
The joystick connects to a controller, which controls the
chair's performance. The joystick varies based on the option
selected for you.

E. ENHANCED DISPLAY
Please refer to the P & G Enhanced Display owner's manual.
F. MOTOR LOCKS
Disconnect the motor locks when you need to manually push
the chair. (For example, in an emergency, or if batteries fail).
WARNING
. Do not disengage motor locks unless power to the chair is

off.
2. Be aware that the chair will not have brakes in the free-
wheel position.
3. Make sure that the person pushing the chair has full control
when motor locks are disengaged.
1. To Disengage Motor Locks:
Pull the lever (b) out and towards the wheel to disengage the
motor lock.
2. To Engage Motor Locks:
Push the lever in to return to the drive position.
Q-NOTE- If the lever is difficult to disengage, rock the
wheelchair slightly from front to rear and/or push against the chair
while moving the lever.
