  • Page 10 1-3 Select TV Screw Diameter 1-4 Select TV Screw Length Hand thread screws into the threaded inserts If your TV has a flat back, use the shorter screws. on the back of your TV to determine which Spacers and longer screws are supplied to accommodate: screw diameter (M4, M6, or M8) to use.
  • Page 11 1-5 Attach TV Bracket Position your TV bracket configuration over your TV hole pattern - making sure the brackets are vertically centered and level. Install using either the short screw and washer or spacer, long screw and washer combination you selected for your TV. NOTE: 75 x 75 mm hole patterns do not use washers , only use screws (and spacers if needed).

  • Page 15 Remove the wall plate template and insert three concrete anchors CAUTION: Be sure the anchors are seated flush with the concrete surface. Install the wall plate using three lag bolts and washers . Tighten all lag bolts only until the washers are pulled firmly against the wall plate.
  • Page 16 STEP 3 Hang TV onto Wall Plate HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step. Position the arm of wall plate so the elbow is pressed against the wall. Tighten the arm tension screws using hex key to prevent the arms from moving while installing the TV. Hang the TV onto the arm of wall plate by first hooking the top support, then resting the TV into place.
  • Page 17 Manage Cables If desired, thread the supplied cable ties through the loops provided on the wall plate , to secure your TV cables along the wall mount arm.
  • Page 18 TV Adjustments TILT ADJUSTMENT LEVEL ADJUSTMENT Your TV should adjust easily when moved, then stay in place. To adjust the leveling of your TV, first loosen both level screws using hex key , level your TV, then tighten both If your TV is too loose or too tight, adjust the tilt tension knob level screws using hex key by hand.
