• A voice message can be recorded by an Operator or the Manager if required. (Please refer
to "3.2.2 Recording Outgoing Messages.")
• The alarm rings three times (30 seconds each) at 60-second intervals (Default).
• There is no limit for the number of the extensions who can set the alarm at the same time.
• The detailed timed reminder information is recorded and printed out automatically by SMDR
when the timed reminder starts and is answered / not answered by System Programming.
(Please refer to "Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR)" of Section "1.3 System
Features" in the Features Guide for further information.)
• If the daily alarm is set, the display shows "*" beside AM/PM.
