2.11.5 Monitoring the Conversation (Secret Busy Override)

Joining an existing call in secret (Secret Busy Override)
You can interrupt an existing call without informing the other party.
Some extensions may be restricted from performing this function.
To set

While hearing a busy tone
Over

Press "Over" or dial 2.
To change to the three-party conference call

When "Secret Busy Override" is executed
(DN)
OR
INTERCOM
Press corresponding
DN or INTERCOM.
• You can also deny others the possibility of joining your conversation (Executive Busy
Override Deny) (Default: Allow). Please refer to "2.7 Setting the Telephone According to
Your Needs."

their conversation is being monitored by Party C.
A three-party conversation
is now established.
