Before You Begin
Read and follow all instructions carefully.
•
after unpacking all components, assemble came saw on a firm level surface to prevent saw from tilting
and rocking.
•
Be sure the power switch is in the oFF position before plugging in the came saw. Use only a 3-prong
grounded outlet.
•
always disconnect came saw from electrical outlet before setting up or servicing.
•
wear proper apparel. never wear loose fitting clothes, neckties, jewelry and gloves that may get caught
in moving parts.
•
never leave tool running unattended. Turn power oFF. Don't leave tool until it comes to a complete stop.
Place blade guard over blade when not in use.
•
always wear safety goggles (anSi Z87.1). everyday eyeglasses have only impact resistant lenses; they
are not safety glasses.
•
never turn on came saw while working materials are touching the blade.
•
Feed materials at a slow, easy pace into the blade.
•
always hold material being cut firmly against cutting table.
•
Keep out of reach of children.
•
Do not operate while under the influence of medication or alcohol.
•
To ensure top performance keep came saw properly maintained. Keep blade clean and sharp for best
cutting performance.
