TROUBLE SHOOTING
If you have trouble with your scooter, you can inspect the following before taking you
scooter to the dealer.
If you cannot solve the problem, contact your dealer for assistance.
Problem
The scooter will not
switch on
The scooter switch on
but will not run
Scooter appears slow
The
seat
moves
whilst in use
The
tiller
appears
loose
Involuntary
sounds

Symptom
• Batteries not connected
• Rear and frond sections
not connected
• Circuit
tripped
• Flat batteries
• Charger plugged in
• Motor
mode
• Flat batteries
• Speed setting slow
• Seat
position
• Tiller adjustment knob
loose

• There is fault on the
scooter
breaker
has
in
freewheel

locked

Remedy
• Check
batteries
connected
• Check
connection
front – to - rear loom
• Push
circuit
button to rest
• Check battery power
• Unplug charger
• Re-engage the freewheel
lever
• Check battery power and
/or recharge
• Check the speed dial is
not set at low
• Slowly rotate the seat
until it drops in to place
and is secure
• Tighten
the
adjustment knob
• Ensure the control lever
is released and switch
the scooter on and off
recharge batteries
are
on
breaker
tiller
