To enable/Disable the PEG slot.

Detect Non-Compliance Device [Disabled]
Configuration options:[Auto][Enable][Disable]

PEG ASPM [Disabled]
Control ASPM support for the PEG Device. This has no effect if PEG is not the currently
active device.
