Random playback (Mix)

The Mix function allows you to play the tracks of
the current directory, a playlist or the selected
genre at random:

Touch the Options button to display addition-
al functions.
u
Touch the symbol to switch the func-
tion on (check mark) or off (no check
mark).

Repeated playback (Repeat)

The Repeat function plays the current track
repeatedly.

Touch the Options button to display addition-
al functions.
u
Touch the symbol to switch the func-
tion on (check mark) or off (no check
mark).

Displaying ID3 tags

ID3 tags represent additional information, e.g.
about the album, artist and track as well as album
covers, which music fi les in MP3 format may con-
tain.

Touch the Options button to display addition-
al functions.

Touch the symbol to show (check
mark) or hide (no check mark) ID3
texts.

Calling the music list (Browse)

The "Browse" function allows you to list and
browse through all the music fi les.

Touch the Options button to display addition-
al functions.

Touch the symbol.
The music list is displayed.

Touch the button to change to
the next higher directory level.

Touch one of the following buttons to sort the
music fi les:
– Album: Alphabetical sorting by albums
– Artist: Alphabetical sorting by artists
– Genre: Alphabetical sorting by genre
– Playlist: Sorting by playback lists on the
memory card
– Browse: Sorting by fi les on the memory
card/in memory

Touch a track to play it.

Showing image fi les
The device displays all the images located in mem-
ory or on the memory card. The technical data
show which data formats are supported.

In the Entertainment menu, touch the
symbol.
The playback menu is displayed. The
fi rst image or the image viewed last
is displayed.
The bottom display bar shows how many
images are available in the current directory.

Touch the symbol to change to a
different directory.
