Bluetooth function

Touch the symbol.
The Paired Devices menu is dis-
played. All cell phones that are reg-
istered are listed.
u
Touch a cell phone in the list.
u
Touch the Options button.
u
Touch the symbol to establish the
Bluetooth connection.
u
Touch the symbol to disconnect the
Bluetooth connection.
Registering additional cell phones with the
navigation device
Start the search for Bluetooth-ready devices if
you want to register additional cell phones.
If a Bluetooth connection currently exists, no ad-
ditional cell phone can be registered. The query
"Disconnect?" appears. It must be disconnected
since the connection can be established only to
one device.
Note:
•
You can register up to 10 cell phones. If
you register an eleventh one, the oldest cell
phone is deleted.
•
The Bluetooth connection can be estab-
lished only to one cell phone. If additional
ones are available, only the cell phone reg-
istered last is connected.

Touch the symbol.
The Inquiring menu is displayed.
The search for Bluetooth-ready devices starts.
The devices are listed.
u
Proceed as described in the chapter "Regis-
tering with the navigation device" and enter
the PIN "0000".

Settings in the Bluetooth Settings menu:

Activating/deactivating the Bluetooth func-
tion

Switching visibility on/off
•
List of connected (registered) devices (incl.
Establishing/disconnecting a Bluetooth con-
nection)

Searching for devices (registering additional
cell phones, ch. "Establishing a Bluetooth
connection")
•
Ringtone for incoming calls
The second page of the menu also contains the
following settings:
Establishing the connection automatically

Changing the PIN for the Bluetooth connec-
tion
•
RAS setting for Internet access
•
Automatic call answering for incoming calls
•
Loading a phone book (ch. "Phone book")

In the Bluetooth menu, touch the
symbol.
The Bluetooth Settings menu is dis-
played.
u
Touch the button to scroll
through this menu.
If you performed changes to the settings:
u
Touch the button to exit the
menu.
Activating/deactivating the Bluetooth
function
Deactivate the Bluetooth function if you do not
need it. The function uses additional current,
thereby reducing the operating time of the naviga-
tion device.
u
Touch the symbol to activate (check
mark) or deactivate (no check mark)
Bluetooth.
