3. Cooling Flow:

If flow exists,
go to Step A

Check cooling flow Adjusting
Clamp open
Pull to
remove
If flow exists,
go to Step E
(D)
Remove the Cooling Transfer
Tube and check flow
Phillips
Screwdriver
(G)
Remove the 3 Pump Casing
Retaining Screws
MK-770
Pull to
remove
Pull Tab
to loosen
Remove the Cooling Transfer
Tube from the Blade Guard
Remove
Discharge Fitting
Remove the Pump Discharge
Fitting and check
Check Impeller
for damage
Once Screws
removed, go
Check for
to Step H
restriction
Remove the Pump Casing and
check for restriction; check
Revision 01/02, Effective Date January 10, 2002
Go to
Step C

inlet
If flow exists,
go to Step F
(E)
If no damage
or restrictions,
go to Step I
(H)
Impeller damage
Cover Pump
suction with water
If flow exists,
go to Step D
(C)
Place Pump into a bucket of
water and check flow
Pull Intake Screen
to remove
If Screen clean,
go to Step G
(F)
Remove the Pump Intake
Screen and check for debris
Turn counter-
clockwise to
loosen
Go to
Intake Fitting
