Place the front upper pane(10) on the
front bottom pane .
Align the hole in the front upper
pane(10) with the hole in the cart
frame ,screw a bolt (A) along with a
lock washer(D) and a flat washer(E)
into each pre-drilled hole.
Tighten by screwdriver until secure.

with the hole in the upper cart frame
and screw a bolt (A) along with a lock
