Chapter 6 FAQ

Should there be any questions in using the phone, please refer to
the following clauses. If the questions can not be solved, please
contact the appointed dealer of Fly immediately.
■When the display shows Input PIN:
Enter effective PIN of SIM. If you do not know the password,
please contact network service provider immediately.
■When the display shows Input PUK Code:
If you input wrong PIN for three times, your SIM card will be locked.
To unlock, you must input PUK code, please contact network service
provider immediately.
■When the display shows Insert SIM Card:
Please confirm whether SIM is correctly inserted. Check whether
SIM works properly, or has possible defects or malfunctions. If so,
please seek help from network service provider.
■When it shows not in the service area, malfunction of network
Please check signal strength indicator. If there is no network
signal, you may be in the network blind zone of a basement or building.
Please move to other area to receive signal. Another situation is that
you may be in the uncovered area of network. You can require your
network service provider to provide network service scope.
■When there is bad voice quality, echo or noise:
Hand off the phone, dial again. Network service provider can
transfer a line with better voice quality for you.
■When standby time becomes short
It may be caused by the fact that the mobile phone searches for
signal for long time because of weak signal over the area. If you do not
want to receive calls, please power off temporarily. If the battery has
been exhausted due to the use for a long time, you need to change a
new battery.
