    Chapter 1 Safety and Maintenance Please follow the precautions below when using the phone. •Before using the mobile, please read the User Manual carefully. •Please turn off the phone on the flight. If the automatic turning on feature of the alarm and calendar of your phone is enabled, please check and delete the setting before boarding.

    Plug the charger into the power source. Plug the connector of the charger into the charger connector at the bottom of the phone. The battery capacity indicator in Icon Area will then flash periodically; when charging is at power-off status, charging indicator on the screen means the phone is charging.

    2.3.1 SIM Card Before using your phone, please insert valid SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card into the phone. SIM card is provided by network service provider. All information related to network connection is recorded in the chip of the SIM card. Names, phone numbers and SMS are also recorded in the card.

    2.3.3 Installing the Memory Card Turn off the phone, remove the battery and disconnect it from other power source. Lift the cover of the memory card slot, and put the memory card into the slot. Keep the metal contact surface of the memory card downward, and match the metal contact point of the slot.
