Batteries have run down.

Cuff leaks air.
Remedy
Carefully read and repeat the steps
listed under Chapter 3.3.
Replace all four "AA" batteries with
new ones.
Refer to Chapter 2.1.
Carefully read and repeat the steps
listed under Chapter 3.3.
Replace with a new cuff.
