Possible cause
There are no
images or video
clips in the
camera and you
are trying to
review them.
Possibly comes
from copying
images to the
memory card
from a computer,
or a corrupted
image caused by
the camera not
shutting down
properly.
The camera is
connected to a
USB device that
it does not
recognize.
The printer is an
unsupported
device.
Solution
Take some pictures or
video clips.
Use the HP software to edit
the images copied on the
memory card. Also, do not
remove batteries or the
memory card when the
camera is turned on.
Make sure that the camera
is connected to a
supported printer or
computer.
Connect the camera to a
supported printer, such as
an HP Deskjet or
Photosmart printer. Or
connect the camera to a
computer and print from
there instead.
