POSSIBLE CAUSE
Batteries not charged for
long enough

cannot hold charge
Battery pack fault

Charger loom or plug

Loose connection
No output from wall outlet
Fuse in charger mains
plug blown
Button on battery pack
has popped out

Charge batteries for eight
hours or more
Replace battery pack
