Symptoms
Paper repeatedly jams or the
copier tears the corner of the
paper.
Solutions
The wrong size paper is loaded. Load the correct size
paper.
The leading edge is damaged or bent. Do not use
damaged paper.
The paper width and length adjusters are not set
correctly. Be sure the paper width and length
adjusters on the bottom tray are set for your paper
size.
The paper may be damaged or curled. Replace
damaged or curled paper.
