The following errors are detected by the driver and displayed in a message box.

program.
10000501 Magnetic encoding program is not

Solution
• Make sure that the host PC and the printer are
connected properly.
• Make sure that the printer is switched on.
• Make sure that the host PC and the printer are
connected properly.

• If the printer is set to USB an you installed the
network driver, remove it and install USB driver.
To print using an Ethernet (LAN) connection,
disconnect the USB cable from the printer.
