It indicates that 61% of American adults are either overweight or obese.

    Your heart rate is an excellent indicator of the amount of stress placed on the cardiovascular system. Taking full advantage of this information, the 860Er is designed to include heart rate monitor- ing features.

Get a smart start on exercising.

    Do not hold the hand pulse grips too tightly. Chest Strap (Standard) The 860Er is equipped a built-in receiver and a chest strap for your heart rate monitor- ing. To get an accurate reading using these devices, you will need to be within three feet of the console, and a minimum of four feet from others using a heart rate monitor- ing device.
