X/DELETE
• Press to delete the message
currently playing (page 40).
• When the phone is not in
use, press twice to delete
all previously reviewed
messages (page 41).
/REPEAT
• Press to repeat the playing
message (page 40).
• Press twice to play the
previous message
(page 40).
/FIND HANDSET
• Press to page all system
handsets (page 20).
/ANS ON/OFF
• Press to turn the answering
system on or off (page 34).

answering system or
telephone base (page 43).
/SKIP
• Press to skip to the next
message (page 40).
/PLAY/STOP
• Press to play messages
(page 40).
• Press to stop message
playback (page 40).
/VOL + and /VOL -
• Press to adjust the volume
during message playback

telephone base ringer
