3. Press
repeatedly until your desired flash mode is displayed on the LCD
monitor.
• The flash mode is not available in Continuous Shooting and HDR modes.
• The flash mode cannot be activated if the flash does not open.
• When the flash is closed, flash mode is automatically set to flash off.

Using the Self-timer

This feature allows you to set the self-timer settings.

To enable self-timer mode:
1. Set the mode dial to the desired shooting mode.
2. Press
repeatedly until your desired self-timer mode is displayed on the
LCD monitor.

Focus mode

This feature allows you to define the focus type when capturing an image or a
recording a video clip.
To select the focus mode:
1. Set the mode dial to the desired shooting mode.
Mode
Automatically takes a picture after 2 or 10-
second delay. This mode is useful when you
want to be part of the picture.
Performs delay and capture twice:
Performs a 10-second delay, then captures
the image.
Performs another 2-second delay then
captures the image again.
Takes one picture at a time.
