You can configure separate settings for the REC mode and PLAY mode.

    First, charge the battery prior to use. Note that the battery of a newly purchased camera is not charged. Perform the steps below to load the battery into the camera and charge it. • Use only the provided batteries or type of battery and charger that came with your camera.

Failure to set the date and time correctly will cause the wrong date and time data to be recorded with images.

    Shooting without Disturbing Others (Silent Mode) The Silent mode automatically disables flash, mutes operation tones, and configures other settings to avoid disturbing others around you.
