Set Up - Consult fl oor staff if assistance is required.
1. Adjust seat height to a comfortable position.
Wheelchair users: Lift detent pin and lock to the "out" position. Rotate seat outward to allow access.
2. Adjust handle bar to appropriate height.
3. Adust thigh pad for stabilization during exercise.
Movement
1. Grasp bar at shoulder width with knees under thigh pad.
2. Pull bar straight down towards chest until arms reach sides.
