Follow the following procedures carefully. Contact your authorized Cybex dealer on all warranty-related matters. Your local Cybex dealer will request a RMA from Cybex, if applicable. Under no circumstances will defective parts or equipment be accepted by Cybex without proper RMA and an Automated Return Service (ARS) label. -

• Flat head screwdriver Plastic shipping foot glides are used on Cybex Strength Systems machines to protect the bottom of machines during transportation. These foot glides must be removed before a machine is first placed in service as the shipping foot glides may cause the machine to be unstable. -
