C. Cut shipping tie securing top weight.
D. Rotate cam and disconnect weight stack belt from cam
(by loosening the two set screws on the belt clamp with a
7/32" Allen wrench). See Figure 1.
E. Locate the pulley bracket that is located near the cam.
See Figure 2.
F. Remove bolt, washer and hex nut securing the pulley to
the pulley bracket.
G. Remove pulley from pulley bracket.
H. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two screws securing the
cam cover plate (guard) and remove the plate. See Figure 3.
I. At the opposite end of the pivot shaft (from step 4H),
locate the small plate shown in Figure 4.
J. Using a 7/32" Allen wrench, remove the two BHSCS
securing the small plate and remove the plate.
K. Remove one of the two BHSCS securing the pivot shaft.
See Figure 5.
L. Carefully remove pivot shaft. See Figure 5.
extremely careful when removing shaft so you don't ruin
the threads on the shaft.
M. Rotate cam so that the fl at part is facing down.
N. Carefully slide pulley shaft out of machine.
