Recording Motion Pictures

You can record high definition motion pictures compatible either with the AVCHD format or
Motion JPEG.
Audio will be recorded in monaural.
Select the desired mode with the Mode dial.

A motion picture recording matching each scene will be performed for the ones not
listed above.
Advanced (Recording pictures)
Item
The camera will set the most appropriate settings to
match the subject and the recording conditions, so you
can leave the settings to the camera and take motion
pictures easily.
Record motion pictures by automatically setting
Mode
aperture and shutter speed.
Record motion pictures by manually setting aperture
and shutter speed.
Record motion pictures with selected Custom Mode
settings.
Scene motion picture
Record motion pictures in My Color Mode setting.
