SYSTEM SETTING OPTIONS
The Main System Menu has 7 selections: Heart Rate, System Time, Backlight, Language, Power-Off,
Contrast, System Info and Exit. Each setting is identified by an icon and by name in the display screen.
To access the System Menu:
1. PRESS & HOLD the
2. Scroll from Music to System by PRESSING the
keys.
3. Select System by PRESSING
NOTE: You may exit a Programming Sequence at any time by
the Music (MSC) icon to resume operating mode.
