SYSTEM SETTINGS MENU
The Sportline META 1075 has several menu options that allows for user customization. From the System
Menu (SYS), scroll through the following: Heart Rate (see pages 9-11), System Time, Backlight,
Languages, Power Off, Contrast, and System Info.
SYSTEM TIME
1. From the System Menu, Scroll to System Time by PRESSING
. PRESS
to select.
2. PRESS
. Adjust by Year PRESSING
or
. PRESS
to set.
3. Continue through Month, Day, Hour, Minutes and Seconds. PRESS
to set and return to the System
Menu.
BACKLIGHT
This setting allows the user to program the amount of time the screen is viewable. To set Backlight:
1. From the System Menu, Scroll to Backlight by PRESSING
. PRESS
to select.
2. Adjust (from 1 to 30 sec.) by PRESSING
or
. PRESS
to set and return to the System Menu.
LANGUAGES
This setting allows you to select the screen dislay language. Selections are English, French, German,
Spanish and Italian. To set Language:
1. From the System Menu, Scroll to Languages by PRESSING
. PRESS
to select.
2. Scroll through selections by PRESSING
or
. PRESS
to set and return to the System Menu.
