The Main system Menu has 7 selections: heart rate, system Time, backlight, language, Power-off,
contrast, system info and exit. each setting is identified by an icon and by name in the display screen.
To access the system Menu:
1. press & Hold the
(menu) key.
2. scroll from music to system by pressIng the
keys.
3. select system by pressIng
(menu).
NOTE: You may exit a Programming Sequence at any time by
the Music (MSC) icon to resume operating mode.

(menu).
3. scroll through options by pressing pressIng
4. select profile by pressIng .
5. select gender by pressIng .
6. adjust gender (M=male, F=female) by pressIng
7. advance to birthday by pressIng

8. adjust day, month and year by by pressIng
9. advance to units of Measure (Imperial or metric) by pressIng
select.
10. scroll through metric or Imperial by pressIng
NOTE: If Metric is selected, height will be measured in meters and weight in kilograms. If Imperial is selected, height
will be measured in feet and inches and weight in pounds.
11. advance to set Height by pressIng
