PROGRAMMING THE HEART RATE SETTINGS
To set Audible Heart Rate Alert:
1. From the Main Menu, select System > Heart Rate > HR Report.
2. Select Audio by PRESSING .
3. Adjust Audio ON or OFF by PRESSING
4. Advance to Zone Alert by PRESSING
5. Adjust ON or OFF by PRESSING
6. Advance to Time Interval (this is the time between alert breaks in the music) by PRESSING
PRESS
to select.
7. Adjust Time Interval (from 10 seconds to 60 minutes) by PRESSING
8. Scroll to Save and Exit by PRESSING
Settings Menu.
NOTE: You may exit a Programming Sequence at any time by PRESSING & HOLDING
Music (MSC) icon to resume operating mode.
