PR-1 FEATURES

1. Record your performance to a CD
1 You can add reverb to your performance while recording
2 You can adjust the sound character using the built in EQ while recording
3 You can record other instruments or vocalists along with a piano using the Line/mic inputs.
4 You can record an ensemble of piano, electronic keyboard, and guitar (with pickup). (You
are able to connect two cables to external input terminal) You need to switch MIC/LINE
5 You can record a piano along with an external CD or tape player that has been connected to
the LINE/MIC inputs.
2. The PR-1 can be used to record live performances on a stage or in
a concert hall. (Extended length microphone cables are available
for use when the main unit must be placed far away from the pi-
ano).
3. You can play back and listen to your recorded CD as well as any
regular audio CD, including commercial CD's on the PR-1 through
headphones or by connecting an amplifier and external speakers
to the Line outputs.
4. Playback CD's recorded on the PR-1 on another CD player once the
disc has been "Finalized".
5. The PR-1 can be for used as a live microphone system for piano
when connected to a PA system.
6. The PR-1 can be used as a piano microphone system in a record-
ing studio or other recording environment when connected to an
external recorder.
7. You can add reverb to the piano when using headphones or exter-
nal speakers to simulate the ambience of a stage or concert hall
when you play.
8. You can play a piano along with a recording you have made or with
a Karaoke or music minus one CD.
1 You record the one part of the four-hand performance in advance and then play the other
part of four-hand, while listening to the performance you have just recorded. In this way,
you can complete the four-hand performance by yourself.
2 You can add reverb to your performance while listening to karaoke CD.
9. The PR-1 is capable of recording instruments other than piano ei-
ther using the supplied piano microphones or by connecting exter-
nal microphones to the LINE/MIC inputs. For example, The PR-1
could be used to record vocalists, wind instruments etc.
