TROUBLESHOOTING
DRIVE PROBLEMS
Engine runs, but lawn
tractor doesn't move
Check shift lever.
Check parking brake.
Check pedal(s)
position.
Check drive belt.
VIBRATION
Possible cause
Shift lever still in
NEUTRAL.
Parking brake lever is
engaged.
Clutch and /or brake
pedals not fully
released.
Drive belt worn, broken
or not on pulleys.

Move shift lever out of
NEUTRAL.
Release parking brake
lever.
Make sure clutch and/or
brake pedals are fully
released.

Lawn tractor vibrates 1 Possible cause
Check blade belt.
Blade belt worn or not
properly installed.
Inspect blades, and
Clear mower deck of
