8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Error code
E701
・ Does the power supply voltage match the control box voltage specifications?
Abnormally high
power supply
voltage.
・ Is the power supply voltage abnormally high?
・ Problem with control box.
E705
・ Is the power supply voltage abnormally low?
Abnormally low
power supply
voltage.
・ Problem with control box.
E710
・ Is the electrical equipment connector inside the control box disconnected?
Motor
overcurrent.
・ This is displayed if the machine pulley moves stiffly when it is turned by hand, or if
the sewing machine locks up and an abnormal current is flowing.
・ This is displayed if there is some problem with the motor and an abnormal current is
flowing.
・ Problem with control box.
NOTE:
E790
・ This is displayed when there is no power for solenoid, or if the power level is
abnormally low.

・ This is displayed when there is overcurrent in any of the solenoids (thread trimming,
thread wiping, quick reverse or presser lifter).

Check that the voltage matches.
Check the connection of the 5-pin transformer connector inside the control box.
(220 V AC: P12, 230 V AC: P13)

Replace the control box.
