Fuel Valve
The fuel valve opens and closes the fuel passage from the fuel tank to
the carburetor.
Throttle Lever
The throttle lever controls engine speed and opens and closes the
choke.
THROTTLE LEVER
CHOKE Closes the choke; use when starting a cold engine.
