To assemble the ParaBody CM3 Gym System, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the Assembly Area - Ensure a flat, level surface for proper function. - Gather the required tools: * Rubber mallet or hammer * 3/4” and 9/16” wrenches * Ratchet with 3/4” and 9/16” sockets * 5/32” Allen wrench * Adjustable wrench * Tape measure

5. Adjust the Head Plate and Cable System - Ensure the HEAD PLATE (23) sits just barely on top of the first WEIGHT PLATE (21). - If there is excess slack in the cable system, adjust the threaded ends of the CABLES attached to the PULLEY BRACKETS (9) and (70) accordingly. - Retighten all jam nuts securely.
6. Final Checks - Verify all bolts and nuts are securely tightened. - If the CM3 SHROUD OPTION was purchased, follow its specific assembly instructions.
