- Page 8 1/2 X 3” 8 FIGURE 4 STEP 4: • LOOSELY assemble each UPRIGHT (1) to the UPRIGHT BASE (2) using four 1/2 X 4” BOLTS (9), eight 1/2” WASHERS (10), and four 1/2” LOCK NUTS (11). See FIGURE 4. • LOOSELY assemble the UPPER CONNECTOR (7) using four 1/2 X 3” BOLTS (8), four 1/2” WASHERS (10), and two 1/2” LOCK NUTS (11).
