Replacing the system board

I
The system board comes factory-equipped with an optional TPM
(Trusted Platform Module). This module enables third party programs to
store key information (e. g. drive encryption using Windows Bitlocker
Drive Encryption).
If the customer is using TPM functionality, the TPM board has to be
removed from the defective system board and connected to the new
system board. For a detailled description, please refer to
"Replacing the TPM board" on page
The TPM is activated in the system BIOS (for more information, refer to
the "D2785 BIOS-Setup Utility für TX120 S2" manual).
Ê Open the server as described in the
