Questions and answers
The slide feature on my Hatachi C*FB@ is very stiff and near no operation. Tried loosening the slider bolts/screws but no luck.
To fix a stiff slide feature on a Hitachi C 8FB2, follow these steps:
1. Check for Loose Components – The slide pipe (A) and bushing may become loose due to vibration.
2. Tighten Hexagonal Screws – Loosen the 8mm nut, then tighten the 8mm hexagonal fixing screws until the tool operates smoothly.
3. Secure the Nut – After adjusting, properly tighten the 8mm nut to ensure stability.
These steps should help restore smooth sliding operation.
