NOTE: The Bluetooth module spare part kit does not include a Bluetooth module cable. The
Bluetooth module cable is included in the Cable Kit, spare part number 595787-001. See

Description
Bluetooth module
Before removing the Bluetooth module, follow these steps:
1. Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn
the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
3. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet,
and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.

Remove the Bluetooth module:
1. Position the computer upside-down, with the front toward you.
2. Remove the Bluetooth cover by loosening the Phillips PM2.5×6.0 captive screw (1), and then
lifting the cover straight up (2) and off the computer.
3. Remove the Bluetooth module by lifting it straight up and out of the compartment (3) as far as
the cable allows.
4. Disconnect the Bluetooth module cable (4) from the Bluetooth module.
