Disconnect the oven from the power supply and remove
the outer case.
Discharge the high voltage capacitor.

Remove the two (2) screws (A) and (C) holding the

damper motor mounting bracket to the waveguide
flange.
Lift up the damper motor assembly and remove it.

Damper motor assembly is now free.
Damper Switch:

Damper Motor:
1. Remove the screw holding the motor to the mounting
bracket.
2. Remove the damper motor with damper arm lever
attached.
3. Pull out the damper arm lever from the damper cam.
Re-installing

1. Push in the arm lever to the motor cam.
2. Temporatily fix the bracket mounting screw (A) to the
waveguide flange.
1. Disconnect the oven from the power supply and remove
the outer case.
2. Discharge the high voltage capacitor.
3. Remove the cooling fan motor assembly and convec-
tion motor assembly, refer to "Cooling Fan Motor
Removal" and "Convection Motor Removal".
4. Disconnect the wire leads from the heating element
and thermistor.
5. Remove the two (2) screws holding the steam duct (E),
and remove it.
6. Remove the two (2) screws holding the thermal pro-
tection cover to the thermal protection plate (A) and
steam duct (A).
7. Release the tab holding the steam duct (C) and re-
move the three (3) screws holding the steam duct (A)
to the oven cavity flange.
8. Remove the steam duct (D) from the unit.
9. Release the tab holding the steam duct (C) and re-
move the steam duct (C) and thermal protection plate
10. Remove the two (2) screws holding the air guide (A)
and remove it.
11. Remove the, screw and nut holding the steam duct
(B), and remove it.
3. Install the arm lever to the damper angle and mounting
screw (B) should then be tightened securely.
4. Set the convection cooking condition and touch the
stop pad after 2 seconds.
5. Then set the position of motor the cam as illustrated
below, Figure 32.
6. Adjust the damper to the closed position by moving
the damper motor assembly as indicated by the arrow.
7. When mounting bracket and waveguide are paralleled,
bracket mounting screws (A and C) are tightened
securely.

12. Lift up the thermal protection plate (D) and pro-
tection sheet (D) together.
13. Remove the six (6) screws and nuts holding the con-
vection air guide (A), and slide it rightward for re-
move it.
The convection air guide (A) assembly is now free.
Replacement of individual components is as follows.
HEATING ELEMENT
1. Remove the two (2) screws holding the convection air
guide (C) to the convection air guide (A).
2. Remove the two (2) screws holding the heating
element to the convection air guide (A).
3. Remove the heating element.
CONVECTION FAN
1. Remove the clip.
2. Pull the fan from the fan shaft.
