Pan and Scale. Mod1 = horizontal position,
Mod2 = vertical position, Mod3 = Zoom
These Modifier parameters adjust the option
selected in Channel 27 for DL.2 fixtures or
Channel 3 for Axon Media Servers.
The type of adjustment and the default value
depends on the particular effect.
