7 FAQ
The BM325 cannot access the network after the PC recovers from the
dormant or standby mode.
Check by the following steps:
1. Choose Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance >
Administrative Tools, and double-click Computer Management.
2. Choose System Tools > Device Manager.
3. Right-click EchoLife BM325 WiMAX USB Modem Device and select
Uninstall.
4. Click OK.
5. Remove the BM325 from the PC after uninstalled, and then connect the BM325
to the PC again.
6. Install the BWA partner again according to the prompts.
If you still cannot access the network after you complete the preceding steps,
remove the BM325 safely and restart the PC. Then connect the BM325 to the PC
again.
The BM325 cannot access the Internet.
Ensure that you are in the service area.
Ensure that the BM325 is connected to the PC correctly and the BWA Partner is
correctly installed.
Ensure that you have subscribed the Internet access service. Contact your local ISP
for how to subscribe the service.
When you power on the PC after the BM325 is connected, the Windows
operating system stays at the startup screen.
Check the settings of devices such as the USB interface and network adapter in the
Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) of the PC. It is recommended to enable devices
such as the USB interface and the network adapter.
The indicator is off.
Ensure that the BM325 is connected to the PC correctly and the BWA Partner is
correctly installed.
The network signals cannot be searched out.
Ensure that the network signals are not blocked by any obstacles around the
BM325.
Ensure that the network frequency setting is effective.
The system prompts that the software is damaged.
The BM325 can repair the software automatically. When the software is damaged,
the system prompts you to repair the software. You can repair the software according
to the prompts.
Contact your local ISP if the automatic repair of the software fails.
