Put beef steaks side by side in the middle of oven rack. Insert
oven rack in shelf level 5, multi pan in shelf level 1.
Turn over as soon as the oven beeps.

After roasting and during standing time of 5-10 minutes it should
be wrapped in aluminium foil.
Fill water tank with fresh water up to maximum level. Put pork
roast, brushed with oil and spices, with the fat-side down on the
oven rack.

Brush skin of whole fish with oil and add herbs and spices. Put
fish side by side, head to tail, widthways on multi pan, shelf
