PHONEBOOK

The phonebook stores up to 100 entries, which are shared by all devices.

ADD A PHONEBOOK ENTRY

1. Press
MENU
Scroll to Phonebook, then press

3. Scroll to Add contact, then press
the telephone base.
4. Enter a number.
-OR-
Copy a number from the redial list by pressing REDIAL then
REDIAL repeatedly to ind the desired number. Press
handset or SELECT on the telephone base to copy the number.

6. Enter a name, then press

REVIEW PHONEBOOK ENTRIES

Phonebook entries appear alphabetically.
1. Press on the cordless handset or PHONEBOOK on the telephone base when
idle to show the irst entry in the phonebook.

2. Press to browse through the entries.

ALPHABETICAL SEARCH

Press on the cordless handset or PHONEBOOK on the telephone base when

idle to show the irst entry in the phonebook.
2. Use the dialing keys to enter the letter associated with the name. For example,
if you have the entries named Jennifer, Jessie, Kevin and Linda in your
phonebook, press 5 (JKL) once to see Jennifer (when Jennifer displays, press
to see Jessie), twice to see Kevin, or three times to see Linda. If necessary,

EDIT A PHONEBOOK ENTRY

Search for the desired entry in the phonebook (see Review phonebook entries
