Controlled-Cyde Windshield
Wipes
(omorv)
If your vehicle has controlled-cycle
windshield wipers, you can set the
wiper speed for a long or short delay
between wipes. This can be very useful
in light rain or snow.
Slide the switch to
DELAY and adjust it
to choose the delay you want. The
closer to Lo, the shorter the delay time
between wiper cycles.
For fast, steady cycles, slide the switch
to
HI.
You can also press
MIST for a single
wiper cycle.
CAUTION
Damaged wiper blades
may

seeing

drive safely. To m i d
damage, be
sure
fo
clear ice
and
snow from
the
wiper blades before
using them. If
they're
frozen to
the
windshield, carefully loosen or
thaw them. If your blades do
become d a m a g e d , get
new
blades
or blade inserts.
Heavy snow or ice can overload your
wipers. A circuit breaker will stop them
until the motor cools. Clear away snow
or ice to prevent an overload.
