After sales service

E number and FD number
If the glass cover of the oven light is damaged, it
must be replaced. Replacement glass covers can be
obtained from the after sales service. Please specify
the E number and FD number of your appliance.
A seal is located on the left and right hand sides of the
oven. This is secured by a hook at the top and
bottom. You can replace this seal.
Replacement seals may be obtained from the
after sales service. To this end, please specify the
E number and FD number of your appliance.
Our after sales service is there for you in the event that
your appliance needs to be repaired. Your nearest
appliance service centre can be found in the phone
book, should your appliance need repairing. The
specified after sales service centres will also be happy
to inform you of a service point in your local area.
When contacting after sales service, always specify
the product number (E no.) and production number
(FD no.) of your appliance. The nameplate containing
these numbers is located on the right side of the oven
door. In order to save time in the event of an appliance
