Using several handsets
The handsets cannot be reached by incoming calls.

If you now press the talk key c or handsfree key d , the call is sent to all handsets that
are in Walk and Talk mode. The connection is made with the first handset to answer the
Walk and Talk call.

Using a handset in Walk and Talk mode as a room monitor
You can use a handset in Walk and Talk mode as a room monitor.

The room monitor will call all the handsets that are in the Walk and Talk mode.

Always check the settings of the room monitor before you leave
home, e.g. sensitivity and phone line.
Press the display key
The handset returns to the normal Walk and Talk mode.

Deactivating the Walk and Talk mode:
Press the display key.
The speaking volume and advisory tones are set in exactly the same
way as if your handsets at home were in range of the base station
(page 76 and page 78). Ringer tones cannot be set in Walk and Talk
mode.
"Activate/deactivate ringer" (page 79) and "Activate/deactivate
keypad lock" (page 11) are available in the Walk and Talk mode.
To open the menu, press display key ©.
The Walk and Talk mode is retained even when you switch your
handset off and back on.
Press the display key.
Select the menu item and confirm.

Scroll to the Room M.: line and activate the room
monitor.
You can scroll to the Level: line if you want to set the
sensitivity for the noise level (Low or High).
Press the display key. The room monitor function is
now activated.
